To thrive in this role, you should:
- Reside on the Central Coast with full working rights in Australia.
- Have prior experience in factory, machine operation or production work.
- Be physically fit and capable of performing manual, repetitive tasks.
- Welding experience desirable.
- Have a keen eye for detail, quality, and safety.
- Be reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
