What you’ll be doing
If you're ready to make a difference and be part of something special, we’d love to hear from you! At As s Supervisor, you’ll set the standard, managing a service of up to 39 places. You’ll supervise the day-to-day operations, manage your team of talented educators, monitor compliance and budget using effective leadership. Plus, enjoy having one of the most enjoyable day jobs on offer, with our regular activities, incursions, and excursions, that make being at Y OSHC a hit with kids and educators alike!
You’ll be great in this role if you…
- Have an ACECQA approved qualification; Certificate IV in children’s studies, Diploma in Children’s Services (0-14), Bachelor of Education or equivalent. (Overseas qualification must be assessed by ACECQA)
- Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate
- Have implemented programs for 4-to-12-year olds
- Have previously led (or mentored) a team of educators
Have a valid or willing to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
