At Home Care supports adults and children with complex care needs to be as independent and healthy as possible so they can pursue their goals and live life to the fullest. As a registered NDIS service provider we offer complex high care, including private in-home care and nursing services, through to social support and daily living assistance.

Our community-based nursing team enjoy flexible and consistent working hours at convenient locations, and attractive pay rates – all while making an incredible difference every single day.

Led by our Clinical Nurse Manager and supported by our in-house 24/7 clinical on-call service, our Enrolled and Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurses, and Clinical Nurse Consultants foster a team culture of support and advancement - providing ongoing opportunities to learn and progress.

As a specialist disability service provider, we also have specialist Paediatric and Ventilator-Dependent Quadriplegic (VDQ) Nurses. At Home Care provides paid training in these areas, so you can develop these specialised skills and increase your earning capacity in a more challenging role.

About the Role

When you are part of a team who works together to support adults and children living with complex care needs in the community, no two days are the same.

Depending on the client, you could find yourself:

• Providing clinical care to our complex care clients

• Problem-solving in a client’s home to help them achieve their unique lifestyle goals

• Helping a client access the community safely by accompanying them on their day-to-day outings (and having some fun along the way!)

Are you a reliable and proactive individual looking to build a rewarding career in paediatric support? We’re hiring in the Southern Suburbs of Perth - Wandi, Byford and Secret Harbour - to fill a variety or shifts including weekdays (days and nights), weekends and school shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Candidates eager to learn and grow in the paediatric care field.
  • Prior experience in looking after children - desirable but not essential.
  • Good communication of all team members.

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

  • Complex Care for Children
  • Domestic Duties
  • Personal Care
  • Social Outings and Appointments - school shifts

Desirable skills and knowledge:

  • Seizure Management
  • Enteral feeding
  • Intermittent Catheterisation
  • Suctioning and O2

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Working with Children Check
  • Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
