The Opportunity:

Due to exciting growth, SIRROM has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the team on a fly-in-fly-out from Perth.
Reporting to the Operations Manager – West, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations teams over 4 locations in the Pilbara region of remote WA.
As the Senior Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the management teams of a small portfolio of mine-site villages, ensuring all operations run smoothly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with village management teams to ensure the day-to-day operations and services is in line with contractual scope and is delivered to Sirrom standards
  • Ensure all villages meet relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and external bodies
  • Address issues that arise on-site promptly, ensuring a safe and productive working environment for all staff
  • Maintain comprehensive reporting systems for all projects, including operational performance, safety compliance, and financial tracking
  • Provide management support and mentorship, helping them develop professionally and grow within their roles
  • Provide coverage for management leave and absences as required
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in village / project management role within remote environments
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop others
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Approved Manager’s Card
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Food Safety for Supervisor’s Certificate
  • Forklift Licence (desirable)
