About the RoleYumbah Narrawong is seeking Aquaculture Attendants to join our team.
These casual positions offer 38-hour work weeks, with the potential for full-time opportunities. We also provide training, including the opportunity to complete a Cert III in Aquaculture.

Yumbah Aquaculture is Australia’s leading shellfish aquaculture company. The business operates nationally in some of the most pristine waters of Australia including Tasmania, Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales. We farm abalone, oysters, and mussels for both domestic and international consumer markets as well as oyster spat for the Tasmanian and South Australian oyster industry.

Key Responsibilities- Performing general husbandry tasks, including cleaning and maintaining tanks, and feeding and monitoring stock
- Handling, transferring, and grading stock
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards and biosecurity procedures
- Working collaboratively in a respectful and supportive team environment
- Physical fitness, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
No aquaculture experience is required – on-the-job training will is provided.
