What's on offer?
Fulton Hogan is currently recruiting an experienced Boilermaker/ Fixed Plant Fitter to join our Infrastructure Services team in NSW, based out of Bushells Ridge, to facilitate maintenance and repairs on our fixed asphalt plant. The position will suit candidates with a keen attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to further develop a career in an industry that is thriving and will offer stability and longevity.
You'll be responsible for :
- Plan and undertake a wide variety of metal fabrication and or machining and fitting activities in our workshop and on our Fulton Hogan sites
- General R & M - planned and breakdown to all fixed and mobile plant
- Field service repairs in a set up company work vehicle
- Assisting with planned maintenance shutdowns to the plant when required
- After-hours breakdown support and weekend work when required.
- Completing required compliance documentation, job cards, and service sheets promptly.
- Sourcing and ordering required parts.
- Assisting in plant operation when needed
To be successful, you will:
- Be a Trade Qualified boilermaker with 2+ years of post-trade experience. Fixed Plant Fitter experience (advantageous)
- Be available to work/stay away from home when required;
- Industry experience in Asphalt plant and or Quarries (advantageous)
- Hold a Forklift and EWP High-risk license (advantageous)
- Hold Confined space entry and rescue (advantageous)
- Light Vehicle Licence - HR (advantageous)
