As a Reservations Specialist at Scenic, you’ll join an iconic brand with a global reach, representing the premium offerings of our award-winning travel products. This role is designed for driven individuals who are eager to meet and exceed targets while delivering 6-star service to our clients.

You’ll be responsible for selling and servicing exclusive journeys across a specialised area, including river, ocean, and land products, to both travel agents and guests. Your mission is to turn enquiries into bookings, providing personalised recommendations that excite and engage our customers. This is a sales and service focused position that demands a passion for building relationships, providing solutions, and converting leads into satisfied guests.

You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries, ensuring every interaction is an opportunity to highlight our premium offerings, creating wonder for our guests.

The Reservations Centre operates Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:15pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. We are seeking candidates for a 38-hour workweek, including one Saturday shift per 4-week roster rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by managing inbound and outbound calls with a focus on booking passengers for our luxury cruise and land journeys.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell cruise and land journeys, creating bespoke experiences and providing in-depth knowledge of our itineraries.
  • Servicing reservations and ensuring all guest details and preferences are captured to a high standard, providing a personalised and seamless service.
  • Collaborate with different departments to guarantee that every guest’s experience is exceptional from the moment of booking.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Scenic Group product portfolio, promotions, and policies to maximise every sales opportunity.
