As a Client Experience Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Support Workers to drive exceptional service and achieve outstanding client outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Client Experience & Engagement: Create a culture where clients consistently receive high-quality, person-centered support tailored to their goals and aspirations.
  • Drive Client Outcomes: Ensure services are sustainable, scalable, and focused on positive growth and measurable progress.
  • Shape a Client-Centered Culture: Build a team that values purpose, connection, and excellence, ensuring the right people are engaged, supported, and retained.
  • People & Team Management: Lead a high-performing Support Worker team, coaching and mentoring them to thrive while delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Solution-Focused Leadership: Use data-driven insights to manage incidents, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A passionate leader with experience in human services, disability support, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong people management skills – you know how to coach, inspire, and support a remote workforce.
  • A problem-solver with a solution-focused mindset, able to navigate complexity and drive client-focused outcomes.
  • A collaborator who understands the value of a team-around-the-person approach, working with multiple stakeholders for success.
  • An advocate for rights-based service provision , ensuring that every client receives the best possible support to achieve their goals.
