We are seeking a dedicated NDIS Officer to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of NDIS claiming platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for processing participant service agreements and invoices accurately and efficiently while maintaining financial records in compliance with NDIS legislation.
You will support frontline staff in revenue collection, investigate and resolve claim errors, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative and bookkeeping support to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for NDIS participants.
About You:Essential :
- At least 3 years of experience in administration, bookkeeping, or financial services.
- Strong data entry and accounts payable experience.
- A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Desirable :
- Experience in the disability, community services, or not-for-profit sector.
- Knowledge of NDIS processes and the CIMSability system.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Current NSW Working with Children’s Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
