Service Provision
• Plan, deliver and evaluate occupational therapy services to clients, which build on family / client strengths, needs and priorities. Ensure services meet quality service standards, and contract agreements.• Supporting children’s inclusion and participation in the communities that they choose which include kindergarten, childcare and school• Supporting families in processes of transition- e.g. kindergarten to school- in consultation with relevant others• Working in collaboration with each family and with other services or people involved with the child and family• Provide services and supports using a transdisciplinary approach in collaboration with other team members• Ensure that positive and productive relationships exist between us, the local community, and families.• Work within the policies and procedures of the organisation particularly those promoting a safe working environment (including WH&S procedures), and those ensuring compliance with our duty of care to clients (Code of Practice).• Demonstrate an understanding and ability to provide services and supports within the parameters of the funding available.• Participate in staff meetings and planning and development sessions as required• Participate in regular professional development opportunities to keep up with current developments• Network with other professionals in the field• Fulfil administrative requirements such as data collection and record keeping People Leadership• Contribute to maintaining an effective team• Provide assistance to other therapists as required• Attending and participating in meetings, reviews and committees as required whilst seeking guidance and feedback from others for work performed. Position Description:
• Group and individual therapy working with our clients including children and their families, adolescents, adults and couples• Functional capacity assessments• Work within a multidisciplinary team

• Eligible for AHPRA & Medicare registration• Professional Indemnity, Public Liability Insurance• WWCC and Police Record Check• Own computer
