About the Opportunity
We’re working with a highly respected, high-volume residential builder on the Sunshine Coast who is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their growing construction team.
This is a client-facing role focused on the construction phase – from building approval through to final inspection – acting as the key liaison between the office, site supervisors, and clients. With a strong team culture and excellent internal systems, this is a great opportunity to join a builder that genuinely values communication and long-term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing client communication from building approval through to practical completion
- Administering HIA New Home Contracts – issuing commencement notices, variations, progress claims, etc.
- Coordinating with estimators and draftees on client upgrades and contract changes
- Liaising with site supervisors and ensuring timely client updates via email and phone
- Using Excel and email systems to track project progress and client contact points
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Contract Admin, Client Liaison or Construction Coordination
- Strong communication and empathy – particularly when dealing with first home buyers
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage a large volume of concurrent projects
- Confidence in using Excel and general admin tools
- An understanding of construction stages – no technical knowledge required
