Our success is the result of a philosophy to provide the best possible solutions and service level to our clients with workforce that focuses on understanding the customers’ needs.About the jobReporting to the QLD Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service role will be part of a supportive logistics team focused on delivering outstanding results. Your contribution to the team includesFacilitate the processing of customer orders, customer deliveries, customer returns and branch transfers in accordance with PERI’s policies & procedures.Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.Actively communicate with customers and be the main point of contact for existing clients.Manage stock availabilitySchedule transportAssist with the annual stock‐takes and periodical cyclic counts Process freight invoicesAssist and support Sales Engineers and Technical Team in meeting customer expectations; provide a comprehensive first-class operational service What you will need to be short-listedIdeally logistics knowledge including transport schedulingTechnically astute with skills in Microsoft office 365 and all its necessary applications (i.e. Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).Experience in customer serviceStrong attention to detail and accurate Data Entry skillsExcellent communications skills, both written and verbalProactive and takes the initiative; possess a strong sense of urgency required in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic, open and reliableExcellent team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
