About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join the Roma team on a permanent, full-time basis. Joining a close-knit team, providing the local community with Farm Supplies, Agronomy, Wool Services, Livestock, Real Estate and Clearing Sales services, you will provide clients with Real Estate sales and marketing support to achieve their sales and earnings targets.
Our Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.
A market competitive remuneration package is available with some flexibility in the structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history.
Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:
List, market and sell propertiesBuild and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needsParticipate in Branch business development programsAchieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertisingEnsure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirementsWork with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About You
To succeed at Elders, you:
Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influencesCan appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential propertiesHold a Real Estate licence and a current driver’s licence (essential)Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation with a keen eye for detailHave excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skillsArea a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
