THE PROGRESS PATHWAYS STORY
Established at the start of 2022, Progress Pathways set out with two goals:
- Give kids more opportunities to thrive.
- Become the best place for allied health professionals to work.
We have maintained our dedication to these goals.
Over our first three years we have built a collaborative team of fifteen excellent therapists (8 OTs / 7 Speechies) across three venues to support our rapidly growing client base of children aged 0-12. These therapists share a belief in family-centred care, good communication and identifying and addressing the ‘why’ behind a child’s presentation.
We've put a lot of thought into the way we work together and how to make it a great experience for everyone. We've got some guiding principles we all use to create a more harmonious workplace such as using intelligent communication and embracing play every day. (We can talk more about these in your interview, or you can have a look at them on our website.)
We are a collaborative tight-knit team, shown by our very low staff turnover in our Brisbane teams of 0% over the last 2.5 years.
Our team loves the ongoing training and work/life balance, not to mention our fun team activities. Over the last few years we have done Paint and Sip, visited Escape Rooms, held karaoke nights, ping pong battles, dance classes and cruised along the Brisbane River, all while indulging in our love for Mexican food and celebrating life's milestones together.
