Your new role
As a customer service officer, you will play a crucial role within the business. You will be responsible for:- First point of contact, handling incoming calls and providing information to families, carers and others
- Discussing options and providing customer service
- Advising on services for short- and long-term care solutions
- Database management
- Handling confidential information
- Full time rostered hours between Monday - Friday 7am - 10pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm
- Rotating roster provided in advance
- You will be required to conduct a national police check.
- Training and support is provided.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:- Excellent customer service with the ability to build and maintain relationships with an array of demographics and individuals
- Intermediate to advance computer skills with the ability to manage multiple software platforms
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- A willingness to learn, take direction and build your career
