Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
Develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
Provide consultation and training to support teams
Collect and analyse behavioural data
Ensure compliance with NDIS reporting and documentation requirements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in team supervision and professional development
Essential Criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Education, or a related field
Experience in Positive Behaviour Support under the NDIS
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice
Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
NDIS Commission endorsement as a ‘suitable’ Behaviour Support Practitioner OR willingness to obtain endorsement prior to commencement
