Description:
The Fulfilment and QC Officer is responsible for the APAC inventory fulfilment, contributes to the day-to-day operations of the Fulfilment Hub and in turn supports the growth of our sales channels. The Fulfilment & QC Officer will support stock control across the Indooroopilly based Fulfilment Hub and facilitate inbound and outbound freight from our supplier network. They will be responsible for the achievement of the Hub's performance metrics, cosigning daily customer orders, processing customer returns and investigating issues related to short-picks and no-stocks. The Fulfilment and QC Officer will assist the broader commercial team in stock transfers across the business to meet daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
Furthermore, the Fulfilment & QC Officer will support the Product Design team in undertaking quality control (QC) checks as required and sharing timely insights from customer returns.
With a demonstrated passion for efficient processing, effective systems/controls, exceptional brand experiences and a customer-first mentality, the Fulfilment and QC Officer ensures FRANKIE4's ability to maintain inventory integrity and uphold a timely dispatch return window.
Core Accountabilities:
- Support the Fulfilment Hub ensuring the stock room capacity and projected sale forecasts are able to be achieved
- Play an active role in investigating and resolving stock issues between the tech stack and virtual holdings at FRANKIE4
- Support the processing of customer returns via the FRANKIE4 Tech Stack (Loop, Microsoft BC and Shopify)
- Support the Product Design team
- Close off all online fulfilment orders in BC, and regularly action Open Orders for customer and system resolution
- Work with the Director of Wholesale to direct workforce for large-scale QC activities
- Investigate and resolve order short-picks/no-stocks in a timely manner
- Foster positive working relationships across the business
- Work closely with external suppliers including Australia Post, Startrack, 3PLs and other logistic companies
- Positively and proactively contribute to team meetings and actively partake in cross-collaboration projects
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Business Central, PowerBI, EPL Portals, MONDAY, Loop and Shopify
- Willingness to learn Cin7+ (Dear), EDI Systems
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Initiative and strategic thinking
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
