Job Summary
The Phone Sales / Store Person's role is to efficiently take branch sales phone calls and take control of the branch stores area maintaining a clean, tidy and safe environment.
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time permanent Phone Sales / Store Person to join our team at JAS Oceania. We are seeking a person who has a passion for customer service, willingness to learn and driven to reach business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to branch phone calls, assisting customers and Account Managers to maximise branch sales
- Assist customers on the branch sales counter
- Process Invoices, Credits and RMA’s.
- Receive and despatch goods / consign freight in a timely efficient manner.
- Undertake Stock Counts.
- Maintain goods, pallet racking and shelving in correct sequence and location.
- Report incorrect stock levels to branch manager and other branches
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to work in a team to meet KPI’s
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well presented
- Automotive electrical parts sales, mechanical workshop or warehousing experience would be an advantage.
