The Role
The IT Service Management Analyst plays a key role in improving and standardising IT service management processes using the ITIL framework. This role focuses on leading the Continuous Service Improvement Programme (CSIP), optimising ServiceNow, and ensuring seamless service delivery across internal teams and external providers. By developing policies, processes, and governance frameworks, the role helps drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and align IT operations with best practices
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement best-practice IT service management processes and governance.
- Lead the Continuous Service Improvement Programme (CSIP) to enhance IT operations.
- Manage and optimise ServiceNow, ensuring streamlined and efficient workflows.
- Work with internal teams and external providers to drive standardisation and process alignment.
- Provide expert advice to IT leadership and mentor teams on IT service management best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed ITIL frameworks across the business.

We’re seeking someone with strong knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks and their practical application. You should have experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives in IT operations and be proficient in ServiceNow administration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships are essential. A proactive mindset, coupled with a passion for driving efficiency and service excellence, will set you apart in this role.
