Description:
Core Connect Psychology is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our team in Hervey Bay on a part-time basis. Our mission is to provide best-practice allied health services in a safe and inclusive space, focused on inspiring, energising, and supporting children and youth to lead mentally and emotionally healthy lives through the development of collaborative, respectful, and empathic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children and youth.
Maintain confidential and accurate client records in accordance with professional standards.
Work collaboratively with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist.
Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number, Working with Children Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening
Previous experience in a private practice setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
