We are a well established digital print and sign company located on the southside. With over 20 years of industry experience, we are renowned for our dedication to quality, innovation and exceptional customer service.
We require a person to fill a challenging position of accounts and customer services which includes processing orders, providing quotations for work, invoicintg, bookkeeping, customer follow up, in house sales etc.
Your high attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
You will stand out from other candidates through:
• Strong relationship building skills at all levels
• Proven financial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• A genuine self-starer, with proven ability to manage competing tasks and priorities
Be able to use Xero accounting software
A great attitude and a passion for the job is essential!

THE ROLE
The responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and basic bookkeeping
- Both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Functions
- Work with Job Costing
- Be part of payroll processing employees and contractors on MYOB
- Customer Liaison
- Employee record management setup and maintenance
- Be involved in other company administration
