We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting a Finance & Administration Supervisor.
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Finance & Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing finance, payroll, procurement, and administrative functions at a smaller site. You will take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency, ensuring all processes align with company policies and statutory requirements.
In your new role, you will:
- Oversee finance and administration operations, including payroll and procurement.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with audit requirements.
- Support budget preparation and monitor expenses.
- Manage supplier relationships and intercompany transactions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance and administration.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
ABOUT YOU
You are a detail-oriented finance professional with leadership experience in financial operations. Your ability to work autonomously, manage compliance, and support business functions ensures smooth operations at the site.
To be successful, you will:
- Have proven experience in finance, administration, or related fields.
- Demonstrate strong financial reporting and compliance knowledge.
- Bring leadership experience in a finance or administrative capacity.
- Show excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite is desirable.
- Be able to meet police/security clearance and health assessment requirements.
- Obtain CA/CPA qualifications, with proven financial management experience at a senior level (desirable).
- Gain and retain all police/security clearances required within our industry.
- Pass any required health assessments.
- Work within an immigration centre.
- Provide proof of double vaccination against Covid-19 with a vaccine recognised in Australia.
- Undergo alcohol and drug testing as required by the business.
