Team Leader responsibilities:
- Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
- Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
- Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
- Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example
- High volume stock management
- Detailed daily recovery of department
- Visual Merchandising – design aesthetic
- Launching catalogue campaigns (effective ticketing and set ups)
- Assist in recruitment and training and development functions
- High volume stocktakes
- Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
