JOB INFORMATION:
This position is full time and does require some Saturday mornings.
The responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:
Administration support, such as documentation, balancing transactions.
Answering customer enquiries.
Fostering a customer experience and culture that is positive, genuine and informative.
Drive to not only meet but exceed sales and average transaction goals.
Managing business expenses.
Recruitment and coaching team as needed, maintaining a high positive culture.
Maintaining inventory levels.
Assist in identifying and recommending marketing opportunities, both for the retail and online stores.
Lead the look, feel and presentation of the store in line with company brand, creating a visually appealing store.
Additional assignments as requested by appropriate leadership / owners.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Previous experience as an assistant / store manager.
Detail oriented.
passionate about the Beauty and the Bees products and goals.
Good communication skills / telephone manner.
JOB LOCATION:
Salamanca, Hobart.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,820.94 – $80,947.24 per year
