We have a unique opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated individual to help support our Retail Operations team at our Perth CBD store .
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the management and distribution of all incoming stock, and supporting our stylists through the management of operational tasks. This is an active and hands-on position where delivering the best customer service is time critical.
Responsibilities:
- Management of incoming customer shipments
- Match, communicate and log the status of each order
- Unpack, steam and bundle customer garments for a professional finish
- Effective liaison with our Internal Customer Operations Team
- Identify and report any order issues e.g. fabric defects
- Co-ordinate the distribution of deliveries to our various Showrooms.
- Pack and ship orders to clients
- Work with In-House Tailors to advise of jobs and ensure they are completed on time
Requirements:
- Team player with an eye for detail
- Problem identification and solving capabilities
- Warehousing experience will be a plus, but not essential
