The Role
- Position based in the babies room
- Create a fun, interactive and stimulating learning environment with the EYLF in mind
- Mentor the team in your room and work alongside another room leader
- Ensure the health and safety of children
- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with the parents and families, dealing with any queries or issues they have.
Role Requirements
- Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Rotating roster – 9am to 5pm & 8am to 4pm
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children's interest and development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia & Valid WWCC
