Description:
Moora Tea Rooms in mid-west WA, requires a qualified Chef to design, prepare and cook a'la'carte meals and for dine-in and take-away services. National Employment Standard (NES):
- $80,000 pa / AQF Cert IV trained + minimum 3 years experience for F/T position ;
- Plan and promote menus in a seasonal cycle ;
- Manage and store all food stocks and ingredients, including marinated meats, poultry and fish ;
- Grill, roast, fry, poach, or bake main and side ingredients including vegetables ;
- Cook noodle or rice bases, and bean curd side dishes as needed;
- Pastry construction and baking skills necessary;
- Direct kitchen and table staff to ensure good service and customer satisfication.
