The Opportunity
We're excited to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our ERP team during an exciting phase of digital transformation. Reporting directly to the ERP Business Process Manager , you'll become an integral part of our dedicated team supporting the ERP implementation program. Your role will encompass a wide range of activities including system testing, stakeholder engagement and training support.
As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for updating business processes documentation, modelling system solutions at a business level, and working with the business on opportunities for enhancement to ensure the ERP program aligns with its strategic objectives. You'll directly impact our business by translating requirements into application functionality that optimises outcomes.
This role offers a unique chance to gain exposure across diverse businesses and play a pivotal role in ERP software implementation and business process modelling.
To excel in this position, you'll need a solid foundation in business acumen, experience in business support of system implementations, and a passion for engaging with stakeholders.
This is a fixed term role for 9 months.
About You
We are seeking professionals with demonstrable post-graduate work experience with aspirations towards broader roles in business management.
Experience from a range of backgrounds will be considered including similar roles with the Big 4, commercial organisations, management consulting and commerce. To excel in the role, you will need the right mix of skills and experience, which for this position means:
- Sound business acumen with a willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
- Experience in business process modelling will be highly regarded;
- Attention to detail is essential to support documentation and implementation activities;
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively participate in focus group, workshops and client interviews.

WesCEF operates across multiple locations, with our two major hubs being in Kwinana and Murdoch. This role will be largely based at Murdoch. Our Murdoch office will be relocating to Perth CBD in late 2025.
