The Role
Warrikal are looking for motivated First Nations individuals who would like the opportunity to undertake a Graduate Project Manager role and advance their career. The graduate role offers a fast-tracked two (2) year pathway to earning a Diploma in Project Management. Successful candidates receive cultural supervision, leadership development, project mentoring, and hands-on experience across various areas of the business in the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support project delivery and business growth.
  • Provide technical support, including interpreting drawings and preparing documents.
  • Support tenders and strategies with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Monitor project progress to meet finance targets and deadlines
  • Assist with quality management, audits, and documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through training and mentorship.
  • Travel may be required to support project operations

About You
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Construction White Card.
  • Driver Licence (C Class).
  • Australian Tertiary Degree in Management, Finance, or Engineering (any discipline).
  • Are able to communicate clearly and confidently in writing and conversation.
  • Participate as part of a team but have the ability to work independently.
  • Are open to learning, feedback and mentorship from industry experts.
  • Bring honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic to everything you do
