These positions will support the Defence Contract for delivery of Estate Management and Operations Services (EMOS) contract to the Department of Defence SNSW & QLD region. The Groundsperson is part of the team responsible for the operational day to day delivery of the Land Management Services

These positions include the following daily activities:
- Operate all equipment/machinery in a safe manner
- Ensure PPE is used for required tasking
- Mowing
- Brush cutting
- Edging
- Pruning
- General gardening
- Green waste clearing and removal
- Weed, Pest & Disease control
We are looking for motivated applicants who can meet the following:
- Demonstrable experience in grounds maintenance and experience in operating grounds maintenance equipment
- Able to perform inherent physical requirements of the role
- Vehicle and valid Open Class Drivers Licence
- MR Licence (preferred)
- Chainsaw Operators Licence or certificate (preferred)
- ChemCert Certificate (preferred)
- Ability to obtain and retain a Defence security clearance
- Australian Citizenship Mandatory
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate (preferred)
