Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, service agreements, and internal programs related to skills assessments, relocation, and visa services.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues concerning service contracts, project timelines, and program outcomes.
- Manage all administrative documentation associated with contracts, programs, and client services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with Owner, Project Managers, skills assessors, and industry professionals to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Advise senior management on project performance, operational efficiencies, and potential areas for improvement; implement management decisions effectively.
- Oversee the performance of third-party service providers and contractors, reporting variations in service delivery and outcomes.
- Prepare and review detailed submissions, reports, and performance analyses concerning organisational activities and project outcomes.
- Collect and analyse data related to key projects and report on findings to drive continuous improvement.
- Organise and manage office relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and optimising space and resource utilisation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Project Management and Leadership
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project and program administration, preferably within migration, relocation, or related services.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing complex administrative systems and data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
