Bookkeeper

Arts Mid North Coast is seeking a contract Bookkeeper to manage our financial systems and support our small, dynamic team. This flexible, remote role is suited to someone with experience in not-for-profit finance and a strong working knowledge of Xero.
Start: ASAP | Remote, flexible hours (must be based on the Mid North Coast, NSW). Key responsibilities include:Xero-based bookkeeping and payrollInvoicing, bank reconciliations, and ATO complianceQuarterly financial reporting and BAS preparationGrant budget tracking and acquittal supportACNC and charity compliance awarenessPreparing reports and summaries for Board meetingsSupporting annual budget and audit preparation
We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a sound understanding of NFP financial requirements.
