The Role
If you want variety in your job, here it is! No day is the same and you will perform a pivotal role with further career development options up for grabs. As an essential member of the highly skilled maintenance team, you will play an integral part in all plant and equipment maintenance activities including Total Productive Maintenance, Engineering project work, and Machinery breakdowns.
This position is a day-shift role working 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday.
Essential Requirements

Qualified Electrician (with previous experience in Maintenance desirable)

Hold a Current Queensland Electrical Registration or equivalent.

Worked within a manufacturing environment for 3 years or more utilizing automated machinery and systems.

Knowledge on how to maintain automated PLC driven equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Desirable Skills, Experience and Training

Switchboard Rescue Certificate

Read / Write PLC Programs

Maintain Spares Inventory
-
Forklift Operators License
-
Elevated Work Platform License
Hourly rate
-
$50 per hour, plus shift allowance
This is an autonomous role supporting shift operations. You must be strong and capable at managing your workload, have a ‘can do’ positive attitude and be able to work well with employees at all levels of our great business.
To be successful, it's important that you have strong communication, time management, decision making, problem solving skills and effective interpersonal skills.
