Our ideal candidate will love the excitement and pace of our busy kitchen and will possess strong leadership. To suit our team you must possess:
Self-motivation, positivity and a team-oriented attitude
Great communication, delegation and time management
Plenty of all round experience in fast paced kitchens
The ability to work well under pressure without sacrificing food quality
Produce consistently high standards of food presentation
A love of flavoursome food (beer & wine wouldn't hurt either!) and willingness to inject ideas into the offering
A happy demeanour
Ability to start soon!
Be able to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment
Understanding of stock management including ordering, rotation and waste control.
