The Role
We are seeking a Systems Support Analyst to support in our Head Office in Subiaco.
Working closely with our Group IT team, this role is primarily accountable for supporting the management of the existing systems, and implementation of new systems under the People & Safety Systems team.
This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the centralisation and standardisation of system management within SRG Global. With strong communication skills, the successful candidate will engage our stakeholders and obtain vital information required to ensure we provide the right solutions and support for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal ticketing systems and shared mailboxes and support team to resolve issues,
- Provide support with systems implementation and business as usual activities
- Support with scheduling, documenting and delivering End User training of systems
- Create and maintain documentation to support the management of systems
- Develop an understanding of integrations between systems in order to provide support with testing, documenting and management
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document current processes, supporting clear understanding of business needs
- Support with analysis of business processes to support system configuration and continuous improvement
- Support with creation of business process maps
- Support with creation of Project Status reports and PowerPoint presentations to internal stakeholders
- Provide admin and coordination support to the team
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous experience in supporting projects/systems relating to People & Safety Systems
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a business-related field.
- Strong system skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, meet targets and deadlines; whilst working with minimal supervision.
- High level of attention to detail and analytical skills required to ensure quality of reporting.
- Highly motivated individual with proven ability to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to rethink and problem-solve accountabilities to enhance performance, process and/or outcomes
- Strong communication and people skills
- Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
