The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Finishes Foreman with proven experience in large-scale multi-residential projects to take ownership of finishing trades and deliver a high-end product that meets the client’s vision.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all finishing trades to ensure the highest quality of workmanship
  
• Work closely with site managers, project teams, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines
  
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all finishes meet architectural and design specifications
  
• Manage site safety and compliance , ensuring all work is carried out to the highest industry standards
  
• Solve on-site challenges effectively while maintaining efficiency and quality
  
• Maintain clear communication between stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution
  

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on large-scale multi-residential or commercial projects
  
• Strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple finishing trades efficiently
  
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering premium-quality finishes
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive high standards
  
• Strong understanding of construction safety and compliance requirements
  
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
