Our team is growing—and if this vision resonates with you, we’d love you to grow with us.

About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical or Registered Psychologist with expertise in DBT, EMDR, trauma and dissociation to join our practice. If you have the skills, we have the clients ready for you. You’ll enjoy a balanced caseload, flexible hours, and:
• Administrative support
• An opportunity to join our DBT team and participation in the rollout of Mindfulness, DBT-PTSD individual and group therapy programs
• Warm referrals and strong demand in your niche area
As a boutique practice, this role is ideal for someone who:
• Prefers a calmer, less hectic clinic environment
• Enjoys contributing ideas and shaping practice systems
• Appreciates flexibility and individualised support
• Feels energised by being part of a close-knit, values-aligned team
It may not be the right fit for someone seeking a large team, highly structured systems from day one, or extensive admin infrastructure. But if you're seeking a meaningful role and want to be part of something growing, we’d love to hear from you.
