ABOUT THE JOB
Continue to develop and build multiple client accounts within Kustom Marketing. Focusing on key clients within the building industry.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a yearly marketing calendar.
- Brief and work collaboratively and effectively with external PR and marketing agencies.
- Manage the marketing and social media budget.
- Social media campaigns
- Build and track benchmarks for measuring success, ROI and regularly report on all key metrics and KPIs.
- Community management of our social accounts (this includes replying to DMs, engaging with comments and reposting tagged stories).
- Ideate eDMs and brief external agencies on copy.
- Create regular blog content that can also be shared across social channels.
- Conduct research to understand local competitors and identify potential clients
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a similar role executing organic and paid social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Analytics and reporting including understanding of SEO, Facebook ads manager and report interpretation.
- 10/10 organised, self-motivated, and confident to express your own ideas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe software (InDesign) and Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, and the Google versions of that).
- And an eye for nice things, whether that’s timber floorboards, putting together new campaign briefs or seeing leads convert into new clients.
- Preferred (not necessary) skills include:
- Hubspot experience
- Copywriting experience
- Graphic design experience
- Sales Revenue, track and understand the impact your marketing efforts have on sales
- Customer engagement rate and growth
- Reach
- Marketing return on investment
