Jason Windows employs approximately 340 employees, operates out of our purpose built premises in Welshpool and has an office in Bunbury supporting the South-West region. It is widely recognised for its premium aluminium window and door products in the WA market.
About the role
This role is an opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated person who has a desire to develop their existing knowledge and career. The role offers progression and the opportunity to learn a wide range of tasks and functions within our Sales team. The role is suited to someone who has a passion for account relationship management, a good knowledge base of the windows and doors industry, and a drive for success.
The role will be allocated client accounts to manage as well as assist with customer needs in our showroom. Training is provided as well as ongoing personal and career development.
As a member of our Sales team you will need to be able to multitask and respond quickly with solutions to meet customer's needs. As part of the role you will be required to:
- Talk to customers about our products in the showroom
- Manage your allocated client accounts (Residential Builders)
- Work through building plans and prepare quotes using Pronto software
- Take windows and door orders over the phone and via email from clients
- Manage the manufacturing and delivery of the job by communicating with customers and team members
- Contribute to the team's sales targets
- Experience in sales or account management within the windows and doors industry.
- Good understanding of windows and doors products, including installation processes and industry standards.
- Ability to manage your time to ensure you meet customer expectations
- Motivated and able to thrive in a customer service/sales environment
- Be able to think on your feet and develop alternative solutions to meet customers changing needs
- Tech savvy to use our in-house computer system and MS Office products.
- Have smart and neat presentation
- Police Clearance required
