Queensland State Manager – NDIS and Home Care Packages

The State Manager for NDIS and Home Care Packages will lead the strategic and operational management of service delivery across the state. This role is essential for ensuring that clients receive high-quality, person-centered care while meeting regulatory compliance and organizational standards.

Core Objectives:

  • Oversee the administrative functions of the company.
  • Provide daily support to the National Manager.
  • Prioritize and manage the workload of administrative assistants within the team.
  • Administer projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage account relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Client Onboarding: Successfully onboard four new clients per month.
  • Client Satisfaction: Achieve a satisfaction score of 90% or higher through feedback surveys.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure 95% of services are delivered on time.
  • Compliance Rate: Maintain a 100% compliance rate in audits and reviews by regulatory bodies.

Person Specification

  • Advanced Diploma in Business Management (Desired)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Desired)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must hold a full clean drivers licence (essential)
  • Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience in people management is required.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
