About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at Probe CX, you will be a key point of contact for the Australian public, offering guidance and support regarding government services. Based in our Springfield, Queensland office, you will provide clear and helpful information, ensuring individuals and businesses can easily access the assistance they need.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide empathetic and efficient responses to customer inquiries via phone.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM system.

  • Offer comprehensive information on government programs and procedures.

  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times.

  • Handle complex enquiries requiring in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.

  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be an Australian Citizen with a 5-year Australian residency history.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts between Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
