Mr/Hr Driver

About the role
We are looking for two experienced MR/HR drivers for an immediate start with our client in Bibra Lake. Must have multi drop experience and have a good sense of customer service. As well as driving there will be a physical side to the job as you load and unload your own truck as well as help at loading bay if required. Must be able to drive a manual truck and have a good general knowledge of the Perth Metro area. Conscious of Health and Safety regulations.
You will be responsible for

• Operating trucks on delivery and pick up runs
• Loading and unloading truck safely and securely
• Customer Service
• Keeping truck clean and presentable
• Interacting with clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Performing daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid manual Medium Rigid/Heavy Rigid (HR) or Class 4 (NZ) Licence (as a minimum)
• A commitment to safety and quality standards
• A self-motivated and proactive attitude
• A mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

This is a temp to perm position for 3 months with a possibility of extension. You will work from Monday to Friday, starting at between 4 - 6am and will be approximately 10hour shift, overtime is available. Must be able to pass pre-employment medical, drug test and able to get Hep A/B shots.
