Salary Package: $91,272 - $98,291 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About the Role
Are you a master of coordination? Passionate about ensuring smooth operations? Look no further! We’re seeking a Roster Controller to efficiently coordinate rosters and work schedules. Your role is critical in ensuring our Skills Teams deliver an outstanding learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, prepare and verify rosters
- Collaborate with Head Teachers and relevant stakeholders
- Allocate resources and provide expert advice to ensure efficient resource utilisation
- Create clear and concise reports for stakeholders, guiding strategic decisions
About You

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with rostering systems

Essential Requirements
1. A valid Working with Children Check (prior to commencement).
2. Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
3. Demonstrated experience with using a rostering system and solid experience using Microsoft Excel.
4. Demonstrated ability to construct rosters for a large complex organisation.
