ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently searching for a dedicated Warehouse Store Person & Delivery Assistant on a full-time basis to join our close-knit team in Pialba, QLD.
As a Warehouse Store Person & Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including stock management, invoicing, delivery and installation.
More specifically, your duties may include:
- Processing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a tidy and orderly warehouse
- Assisting with the unloading of containers
- Liaising with customers and other departments
- Deliveries and installation
- Assembling stock
- Assisting with minor repairs to damaged or faulty stock
- Administering stock control
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
ABOUT YOU
To be successful for this role, you should ideally have the following:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Hold a current C-Class Drivers Licence
- Hold a current Forklift Licence, or willing to obtain
- A current Criminal Record Check and NDIS check, or willing to obtain
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- A positive can-do behaviour and a passionate approach to all aspects of your duties
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete high volumes of manual handling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
