Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Adelaide, SA, for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and development of HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also manage employee benefits and compensation, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive work environment that aligns with OrionCare's values and mission.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment and performance managementStrong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and legal complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in employee relations and conflict resolutionAbility to manage employee benefits and compensationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience as an HR Manager or similar roleExperience in the healthcare or disability services industry is a plus
