About The Role
We are seeking an experienced office administrator or receptionist, who is now at a stage in life, where you are not looking for regular, systematic employment, but happy to provide administrative cover from time to time for some extra income.
This is an on-call position, to cover leave as fill-in-support across our four branches and also during peak times where extra administrative assistance is needed. Shifts will be sporadic, and you may be called at short notice. If this casual arrangement suits you, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Training will be provided to equip the successful candidate with the necessary skills to get started. The ideal candidate should demonstrate flexibility in their availability, being able to work weekdays and weekends, as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Answering phones and greeting visitors
· General administrative duties
· Supporting the Sales and Property Management Teams
Essential Skills and Attributes
You will:
· Be experienced in Reception processes, and/or an Office Administration.
· Be enthusiastic, eager to learn, punctual and well presented.
· Have well developed communication skills and a confident phone manner.
· The ability to work efficiently, remain calm under pressure and pay attention to detail.
