As an experienced Chef Manager at mecwacare Calwell Manor, you will play a key role in leading and collaborating within a dynamic team to provide exceptional healthcare to our residents. Your leadership skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team will ensure the delivery of high-quality food experiences. Join us in creating a positive, nourishing environment where every meal enhances the wellbeing of our residents.
What you bring:

• 3 years Plus Experience in Aged Care is essential.
• Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery.
• Food Safety Supervisor.
• Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen operations and management of kitchen staff.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Experience in the preparation and presentation of food for large groups
• Prior experience working in an aged care.
