About The Role
Join the team as a Core Behaviour Support Practitioner, Insight PBS offers a supportive and enriching environment where you can truly thrive while working alongside likeminded individuals in a unique hybrid environment.
If you have a background in Social work, disability support work or experience within the NDIA we would love to hear from you! Bring your expertise to a role that values and rewards your contributions with a competitive package of $79,352.55 base salary, plus super.
Tailored Support: Enjoy a caseload matched to your expertise, regular clinical support, supervision, and peer reflection sessions aimed at fostering your professional growth.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Relevant experience, particularly caring for or supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and NDIS regulations.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to support building rapport and meaningful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A true dedication to creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals and participants, including children and young people, ensuring their well-being is always a priority.
- The ability to work autonomously, in a work from home capacity, and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to multitasking and managing various responsibilities.
- Current and Valid Working with Children Check (WWC).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred).
- A valid driver’s license.
