We pride ourselves on quality food, beverage and customer service and are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team full time. We are currently seeking applications from experienced duty managers looking to take the next step in their career.
About the role:
Reporting to the Venue Manager you will assist in the daily operations of the hotel including:

Hands on management of the venue including day to day operations

Be willing to go the extra mile to help drive customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of customer service throughout the venue.

Recruitment, training and development of staff whilst continuing to build a positive working culture within the venue.

Assist in the management of labour costs and stock control
-
Ensuring hotel polices and systems are maintained
-
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
You will have:
-
A career minded outlook with strong leadership skills;
-
Previous experience in a management or senior role, with the ability to run a team;

Confidence in working within a fast-paced, high volume environment whilst providing excellent customer service;

Strong food and beverage knowledge;
-
RSA is essential but happy to train in Gaming and TAB.
