Overview:
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time - Salaried Role. Salary packaging comprises of a 3 Bedroom residence on site with all utilities included.
As Camp Manager you will drive performance in the business, provide leadership, guidance, and direction that reflects our values-based culture, and strive to continue to provide the high quality of standards and service currently in place.
You will be responsible for Coordinating operations to ensure customers and staff are happy and will steer operations and profitability of the camp ensuring set targets and KPI’s are achieved.
You will be a team player who will be happy to take on any role or task required in the day-to-day operations of camp to support your staff and ensure the customer receives the best product possible.
Travel may be required with this role.
To be successful in this role you will possess:

At least 2 years’ experience in a hospitality based key management position

Ability to work to Budgeted KPI's including COGS and wage costs
-
Proven history of overseeing compliance programs, and the ability to implement systems, processes, and practices to minimize organizational risk, ensure full compliance, and improve organizational performance while adhering to Victorian OH&S Standards, NES, and the Fair Work Act 2009

Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure

Self-motivated with the ability and desire to promote and market to achieve business goals

Proven IT skills relevant to the business and the duties of the position

Sound staff relations and performance management skills including leadership and development of staff

Proven ability to engage with customers, build relationships, and increase customer patronage

Highly developed communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively both personally and of your team

Victorian Driver's License

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

Proven experience in a similar role
